Seven years in content and comms have brought me to the heart of it: storytelling and spaceholding.

It all began with short stories on a dial-up internet connection and school holidays spent in the local library. That passion for words took me from a small town in Victoria to Melbourne, where I earned a double degree in Media & Comms (PR) and Business (Marketing).

Since then, I’ve worked across brand, content, PR and social — from boutique and global agencies to brands in various sectors, with a special interest in health and wellness, the arts, and not-for-profits. I’ve crafted stories and moments that land with clarity, with a portfolio featured in top-tier publications (reach out for a deep dive).

A Virgo at my core, I bring strategy, structure and soul to everything I do. My Gemini moon fuels my love for conversation and connection, while my Cancer rising drives my passion for leading with care, refining processes and cultivating work that resonates.

In 2024, I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training — a turning point that deepened my work with voice, presence and listening. It sparked Art of Your Arc — a passion project exploring storytelling as a tool for healing, identity and self-expression.
