Seven years in content & communications have brought me to the heart of it: storytelling + spaceholding.

It all began with writing short stories on a dial-up internet connection & school holidays spent in the local library. That passion for words took me from a small town in Victoria to Melbourne, where I earned a double degree in Media & Communications (PR) + Business (Marketing).

Since then, I’ve worked across brand, content, PR + social — from boutique agencies to global brands — with a soft spot for health + wellness, the arts & NFP sector. I’ve crafted stories + moments that land, contributing to top-tier media features & significant social account growth (check out projects).

A Virgo at my core, I bring strategy, structure & soul to everything I do. My Gemini moon fuels my love of conversation + connection, while my Cancer rising drives my passion for leading with care, refining processes & creating work that resonates.

In 2024, I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training — a chapter that deepened my connection to voice + presence. It also sparked Art of Your Arc, a passion project exploring storytelling as a tool for healing, identity & self-expression.
